Ten company executives of the Rui Hai International Logistics Company, which was responsible for the two explosions in Tianjin, including Chairman Li Liang and Vice Chairman Dong Shexuan, were placed under police control on the morning of Aug. 13, according to Tianjin Daily.

Also in police custody are Li Xuewei, the company's top manager, Vice Chairman Cao Hai Jun, General Financial Supervisor Song Qi and General Manager Zhi Feng, according to a report from Caijing magazine. Of all the 10 executives, six are in police detention, while the other four remain hospitalized, the report added.

A police officer at the Tianjin Detention Center said that no one now dares to discuss the incident in private since it is already receiving attention from the country's top authorities, according to sources.
