This is the biggest prize ever received by its winner in person in the history of the lottery in Yunnan province.

The prize is also the 20th lottery prize over 100 million yuan (US$15 million) in the history of Chinese double chromosphere lottery.

But the identity of the winner was disguised behind the mask and his name is not known. The only fact the media learned is that he bought his winning lottery ticket for 20 yuan ($3 dollars).
