Gansu's vice governor investigated for disciplinary offenses

Yu Haiyan, vice governor of northwest China's Gansu Province, has been put under investigation for "suspected serious disciplinary offenses," the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China said Wednesday.
