Deputy head of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Ai Ping left Beijing Tuesday as CPC's representative for a conference of Asian political parties to be held in Malaysia.

Ai was invited by the United Malays National Organization (UMNO) and the Standing Committee of International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), according to a press release from the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

Ai will attend the fifteenth conference of the Standing Committee of ICAPP and ICAPP Conference on National Disaster and Environment Protection.
