China's parliament adopts 2010 budgets

China's parliament, the National People's Congress (NPC), adopted Sunday the 2010 budgets.

The closing meeting of the session voted for the Report on the Implementation of the Central and Local Budgets for 2009 and on the Draft Central and Local Budgets for 2010.
