Presidium of the Fourth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held its third meeting Sunday morning.

Draft resolutions on the work report of the NPC Standing Committee, the work report of the Supreme People's Court and the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, respectively, would be forwarded to NPC delegations for deliberation, according to the Presidium meeting.

Draft decision on accepting Ni Yuefeng's resignation from the NPC Standing Committee would also be forwarded to NPC delegations for deliberation, the meeting said.

Wu Bangguo, chairman of the NPC Session's Presidium, presided over the meeting.
