Ecological civilization is a concept that balances development and puts it on an equal footing with the civilizations of politics, economy, society and culture.

Jiang said she had put forward specific measures to calculate ecological compensation.

A deputy director of the CPPCC Committee of Population, Resources and Environment, Jiang has focused on the country's green development for three years for the CPPCC.
