Top Chinese political advisor Yu Zhengsheng met Friday with representatives of domestic media who covered the annual session of the national political advisory body.

Yu, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, expressed appreciation over the efforts made by all journalists and copy editors. He thanked them for presenting a comprehensive and innovative coverage of the annual session that concluded Friday afternoon.

The representatives were from leading domestic media outlets, such as the Xinhua News Agency, China Daily and China Radio International.
