XINING, China, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Orken Ahmet from Turkey's Torku Sekerspor (TRK) came first in 4 hours 14 minutes and 42 seconds, and Davide Mucelli from Croatia's Meridiana Kamen (MKT) Team crossed the finish line at the same time with Ahmet.

Finally, Davide put on yellow jersey as the top of General Individual Classification by time, and Ahmet was awarded green jersey as the first place of General Points Classification.

Blue jersey and Polka dot jersey are still kept by the former winners, Yevgeniy Gidich and Ilia Koshevoy respectively.

The fourth stage Guide-Qinghai Lake is a longer and also tougher stage, covering a total distance of 159km, with 1 intermediate sprint and 2 climbs.

"Today, it was a really hard stage... It's longer, with climbs, and with cross wind in the final stage. Really a hard stage," said Ilia Koshevoy, the best climber for both stage 3 and 4.

At the fifth stage to be held on July 20, riders will race around Qinghai Lake, and the finish point is in Gangcha. Enditem
