A customer has sued his barber in Shanghai for cutting his hair "too short" and is demanding a compensation of 20,000 yuan ($2,928).
On May 20, a balding Xu asked his barber to trim his hair but did not specify exactly how short he wanted it.
After the haircut, Xu complained the barber had cut too much, revealing his bald patch more than ever.
