Lou Hezhi [Oriental Morning Post] |
Lou Hezhi, 74, could not even remember his own name, but he did tell officers of a certain Yang Wei, a former colleague at a ballpoint pen refill factory in the city.
Investigations revealed Lou had about 200,000 yuan (US$29,300) in unclaimed pension.
The company, where Lou once worked, said he had retired in 1985 and his whereabouts were unknown since 1995.
