At least one person is dead and 18 are missing after a road caved in on a subway tunnel under construction in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou on Saturday, rescuers said.

At least eight people are dead and 13 are missing after a road caved in on a subway tunnel under construction in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou on November 15, 2008, rescuers said.
