CFL is a Sino-American/Sino-British exchange program. Top
students are selected from 50 universities to attend classroom and
field training on leadership. These students can also meet
professors and students from high-ranking universities in the
United States and UK, including Harvard, Columbia, Yale, MIT,
Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, and an annual nationwide touring
forum.
Luo Qing, the first prize winner from Peking University, said,
"This project can help me improve my English and knowledge on
leadership. I am also inspired through the exchanges with academics
in the top universities of US."
Kenneth Tsang, chairman of CFL, explained the scholarships were
awarded to the 20 Chinese students based on their attitudes in life
and performance as leaders or members of a team. He said a trip to
Oxford will be arranged for next year.
Boya Elite International grooms young people to be business
leaders. Its President, Frank Peng Ge said, "In this highly
competitive commercial world, graduates need to be well trained to
put their academic knowledge to good use and I believe the CFL
project and scholarship will help."
