Two workers were killed by a compressed air bottle on Saturday in a waste recycling warehouse in China's eastern city of Shanghai, local police said.
The incident occurred at about 7:50 a.m. at the Guochang waste facility in Baoshan district.
Witnesses said that workers were trying to dismantle a compressed air bottle, which wasn't quite empty. The compressed air forced out the iron bottle after workers loosened the control valve.
The bottle struck two workers, one of whom died at the scene. The other died later in hospital.
