College students publicize smoking cessation in Shandong
Students of Liaocheng University publicized smoking cessation in Liaocheng, Shandong province, on May 29 to greet the upcoming 25th World No-Tobacco Day which falls on May 31. Statistics show China has over 0.3 billion smokers and 0.74 billion people suffering from second-hand smoke. About 1.2 million people die of tobacco- related illnesses every year. [China.org.cn]
