The rural tourism launch ceremony and second session of the 2013 Yishui (Quanzhuang) Peach Blossom Festival officially kicked off on April 13, 2013 at Peach Flower Mountain in Quangzhuang Town, Yishui County. The ceremony symbolizes the start of the 18-day activity, "Travel to the Blissful Quan Zhuang County for a Feast of Peach Flowers."

The town has paid a great deal of attention to hardware and facility upgrades, including refurbishing 18 kilometers of road, 10 new parking lots and 4 new restrooms. The town also improved management related to 13 farmhouses and 6 hotels, providing tourists with a more pleasant dining and accommodation atmosphere.

Quanzhuang Town organized nine activities for this year's Peach Blossom Festival, as follows:

1) Host five performances after Shandong TV arts Channel kicks off the Peach Blossom Festival

2) Organize "the first Quanzhuang Oil Painting Art Exhibition" and "the Peach Blossom Festival Photography Exhibition"

3) Host the Quanzhuang "Beautiful Poetry" Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition

4) Host a trade fair for local creative art work

5) Prepare food for the tourists

6) Host a party for backpackers traveling through Quanzhuang County

7) Host "Blind Date for Thousands - Love in the Quanzhuang County"

8) Organize a trade and investment negotiation meeting for businesses

9) Host the first rural tourism development forum in Quanzhuang County
