According to a cooperative agreement signed in Jinan, Shandong is to issue an all-access card for tourists in 2013 to promote regional tourism.

The all-access card for tourists is scheduled to launch this July. According to available information, a batch of influential tourist agencies and scenic spots will participate in the project and provide visitors with hefty discounts.

In addition to traditional consumption, the all-access card itself serves as a discount. Visitors will be entitled to discounts at various outlets participating in the project among the eight member cities.

Moreover the alliance is a step forward in the coordination of tourism departments, gardens and transportation in order to provide tourists in member cities with the same privileges as local citizens.
