The 1st Festival of Spring is held in Jinan, "city of springs," on August 29, with the support from Jinan Newspaper Group, Jinan TV, Jiurushan Falls Reservation, Ronghui Real Estate and Shimao Plaza.
During the 10-day festival, 39 activities take place across the city, including a talent show, a group visit to 72 different springs, a tea expo and an international tourism trade fair.
The festival opens with the talent show, which is divided into four parts: "songs of spring", "rhythm of spring," "ode to spring," and "dream of spring." All performers are Jinan citizens excited to be part of the festival and happy to show off the beauty and history of Jinan.
