An international summit forum on smart building, urban future, literary towns, insurance, wholesomeness and urban complexes kicked off on September 14 in Linyi City of Shandong Province.

The forum was co-organized by the World Association of Chinese Architects and the China Culture Industry Investment and Financing Promotion Association.

Keynote speeches addressed the strategic development of piety culture and Linyi City, China's retirement pattern, a reference to and analysis of retirement patterns abroad, traditional culture and support for the elderly, innovation and development of urban complexes in Linyi and China overall in the 21st century, a strategic analysis of urban development, future human-friendly urban living space design, architectural design and the present situation of China's so-called "smart city."
