Zibo establishes ladies' painting academy
A ladies' painting academy was set up inside the Culture and Art Innovation Center, Zichuan District of Zibo City, Shandong Province. The Dongfang Modern Ladies' Painting Academy aims to build a platform of creation, communication and lectures for female artists. Since its inception three months ago, the academy has attracted many domestic and overseas female painters to exchange thoughts and ideas here and over 1,000 paintings have been produced. [Xinhua]
