Three folk museums open in Dezhou

The opening ceremony of the Rare Stone Cultural Museum, Wine Cultural Museum and Chairman Mao's Badges Museum took place on Nov. 8 in the Canal Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Hundreds of visitors attended the event.

All three museums will be open to the public free of charge every Sunday.

The rare stone museum has a collection of almost 2,000 rare stones, including Lingbi Stone, fossil wood and color cobblestone.

The wine museum grew out of a family artistic wine bottle collection hall which was included in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2006.

Chairman Mao's Badges Museum features a collection of Chairman Mao's badges of all shapes and materials. The curator is one of the top 10 collectors of Chairman Mao's badges in all of China.
