Zhang Shuping, mayor of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, led a delegation to participate in the 19th Shandong-Taiwan Economic and Trade Fair hosted by the Shandong government in Taiwan Province from Oct 27 to Nov. 1.

The delegation investigated and studied Taiwan's community service, health preservation industry, precision machinery, as well as science and technology parks.

The delegation visited personages from Taiwan's business circle, and six contracts of cooperation projects were signed worth a total investment of US$ 103 million.

Exchange councils were held for the further promotion of exchange and cooperation between Zaozhuang and Taiwan, including economy, culture, education, medicine and tourism.
