Air force sends 1,500 more medical staff to Chengdu

China's air force dispatched a batch of 10 transporters at 2:00 PM Wednesday to send 50 medical teams from Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an to Chengdu for disaster relief.

The teams are composed of 1,500 medical staff and expected to land in Shuangliu Airport near downtown Chengdu.
