The rescue work in Sichuan has reached a critical phase. Rescuers are using any available methods possible to get to the remote areas.

The soldiers saw many collapsed houses and also encountered a landslide.
The rocks and stones made the road even more challenging.
A soldier said, "The place we just passed is dangerous and the villagers understand that."
After hours of walking, they finally arrived in the village.
A village resident said, "We are so grateful. We can now survive thanks to them. When I see them my heart breaks. I have children their age."
Hundreds of other soldiers are heading to nearby villages to deliver supplies.
They have to carry everything themselves and are also risking their lives to help others.
