Female, Han Nationality, a native of Hui An city, Fujian Province, was born in October 1954. She joined the CPC in May 1992 In February, 1973 she started her career after obtaining a Bachelor degree.

2006—2008 She become Member of Standing Committee of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee;Secretary of Working Committee for Education.

2008—Member of Standing Committee of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee; Vice governor of Fujian Province; Secretary of Working Committee for Education.

She has been a delegate of 17th National Congress of the CPC.
