Liang Qiping, Chairman of CPPCC Fujian Provincial Committee Female.

Han Nationality, a native of Zhangzhou city, Fujian Province, was born in November1947. She joined the CPC in October 1974. In February, 1969 she started her career after obtaining a Bachelor degree.

2001—2006 Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPC and Secretary of Fujian Discipline Inspection Commission.

2006.1— 2006.8 Deputy Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPC and Secretary of Fujian Discipline Inspection Commission, Chairman of CPPCC Fujian Provincial Committee and Secretary of Leading Party Group. 　

2006— 2007 Chairman of CPPCC Fujian Provincial Committee and Secretary of Leading Party Group.

2008— She became Chairman of CPPCC Fujian Provincial Committee.
