China's biggest museum of farming culture is currently under
construction in Guyuan City of northwestern Ningxia Hui Autonomous
Region.
With a total investment of 38 million yuan, the museum will be
the largest of its kind in China, with exhibition hall covering
3,200 square meters, according to the plan.
The museum will mainly display age-long farming culture in
northwest China, besides farming, processing, dining, housing, and
items from other aspects of people's lives in this region will also
be exhibited.
By far, over 1,600 pieces of agricultural and living items
reflecting northwestern China's traditional farming culture have
been collected.
