Qianlong's treasures to go under hammer

An imperial white jade dragon seal, expected to fetch in excess of US$6.2 million, is shown at a preview by auction house Sotheby's in Hong Kong on August 26, 2008, ahead of its autumn sale on October 8. The seal belonged to Chinese emperor Qianlong.

The most memorable section of the Olympic Closing Ceremony was the magical Memory Tower. I saw it as some kind of Tower of Babel, a temporary symbol of united humanity together in the stadium.
