Britney Spears was in third place, rising from 7th last week with "Womanizer." Her newest single "Circus" went into the chart at number 32.
In the album charts, Take That got their revenge, going straight to number one with their new album "The Circus," pushing the Killers' album "Day & Age" to second place.
Leona Lewis' "Spirit" was up one place at number three after 56 weeks in the album chart and Spears clinched fourth place with her new album "Circus."
U.S. rockers Kings of Leon rose two to number five with "Only by the Night."
