Writing duo wooed for 'Valentine's Day'
Adjust font size:

Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein, who wrote the screenplay for New Line Cinema's ensemble romantic comedy "He's Just Not That Into You," have been signed to pen "Valentine's Day" for the studio.

The love story revolves around five relationships in Los Angeles, all of which are put through the paces over the course of one Valentine's Day. The relationships will run the age gamut, producer Mike Karz said.

The project is based on an original script by Katherine Fugate.

Garry Marshall will direct "Day" for New Line. The studio has not yet green-lighted the project for production.

The current New Line release "He's Just Not That Into You" is based on Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo's best-seller.
