Music Radio, China's leading music channel, will hold its annual Top Chart Awards Ceremony - Music to Your Dreams - at the Workers Gymnasium on April 26.

The main singers in the reckoning, including Li Yuchun, Zhang Jie, and A Xin, performed at Beijing's newest fashion destination, Solana, on April 5 in a last-ditch effort to garner more votes. Voting online and through SMS will close next week.

This year's focus is students from college and university campuses all over China. In line with this, 12 awards have been specially set aside for "Most Popular Singers on Campus". Other awards include Most Popular Band, Most Popular New Singer and Most Popular Album.

Since it started in December 2002, Music Radio, which broadcasts the latest from both home and abroad, has helped discover and promote new singers. It is one of the most popular nationwide music channels among young people.
