Titled "Cool Guiyang," 118 traditional Chinese paintings on the landscape, culture and historical relics of Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, are now on display at the National Art Museum of China.
In August 2008, 30 masters from the China National Academy of Painting (CNAP), along with 50 local artists, gathered in the city for 10 days. Led by Long Rui, former CNAP president, their works brought alive the landscape and culture of the city. The exhibition is on till April 25.
