Actor Wang Xuebing and his wife, fellow actress Sun Ning, are preparing to take their wedding vows in September, sina.com reported on Saturday.

The celebrity couple wore Giorgio Armani designs when they attended the opening of the Italian designer's new cosmetics shop at Shin Kong Place shopping mall in Beijing on Friday.

Wang did not elaborate on the details of their wedding plans, but said everything was still under preparation.

The couple secretly registered for a marriage license on April 7, even keeping some of their closest friends in the dark.

Wang and Sun fell in love after they worked together on a 2007 television series. While media reports speculate on their "flashy marriage," the pair said their relationship has evolved naturally.

Wang and Sun were quite affectionate throughout the store opening event. The media have reported that Wang has stopped drinking for three months while he and Sun try to conceive a child. But Sun has denied the reports and said the couple is not trying to have a baby.
