China and the United States will hold the sixth round of talks on textiles from October 12 to 13 in Beijing, China's Ministry of Commerce Friday announced on its official website.
Previous five rounds of consultations have been held between the two sides but no agreement has been reached yet.
Despite strong opposition from China, the United States began to take restrictive measures or hold investigations of imposing restrictive measures on 20-plus categories of Chinese-made textile products.
China time and again urged the United States to proceed from the overall situation of the Sino-US trade relations and cautiously and properly handle the textile trade disputes.
