Hong Kong will launch a courtesy campaign at eight immigration control centers on Nov. 21-27 to promote tourism, immigration department reported Sunday.
During the campaign, travelers are welcome to vote for counter officers performing commendable immigration clearance services.
The aim is to encourage counter staff to offer courteous and efficient services to travelers so as to promote Hong Kong tourism.
Travelers will fill in ballot forms bearing the officer's name and put the vote into ballot boxes behind the immigration counters.
The officer with the most votes will become the Tourism Board's Courtesy Ambassador.
