A US Coast Guard vessel, called Sequoia, arrived in Shanghai on May 22 to make its first visit to China. The Sequoia, berthed at Gaoyang Road Port along the Huangpu River, participates in the 16th International Maritime Navigation Conference held on May 23. It is the first time this quadrennial meeting held in China and about 500 representatives from 50 countries and regions attended the conference.
