Training programs fill every summer and winter vacation; always providing Chinese parents with some way to invest in their children's future.
The Shanghai Morning Post reports Emotion Quotient training program is popular in the city. The program is geared mostly for youngsters over 12 years old, and aims to help them make friends, build confidence, and set a healthy life outlook.
The program charges each student nearly US$300, twice the amount of the other classes.
However, participating parents are still very enthusiastic.
