A North Korean delegation led by Kim Kye-gwan, vice foreign minister, left Pyongyang Friday to participate in the six-party talks for settling the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue scheduled to open in Beijing on July 26.
It was seen off at the airport by Kim Yong-il, vice foreign minister, Wu Donghe, Chinese ambassador to North Korea, and Andrei Karlov, Russian ambassador to North Korea.
