Russia adheres to a nuclear-weapon-free Korean Peninsula, Alexander Alexeyev, head of the Russian delegation and deputy foreign minister, said on Tuesday.  

The package solution to the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue Russia proposed has not gone out-of-date and Russia could revise it if necessary, he said at the opening ceremony of the fourth round of six-party talks.
