North Korea, Japanese Delegations Hold First Bilateral Meeting
Delegates of North Korea and Japan are convening their first ever bilateral meeting since the start of the fourth round of six-party talks, Chinese chief negotiator Wu Dawei said in Beijing on Sunday.
