Ingredients: 20 grams (2/3 oz) carrots 20 grams (2/3 oz) mushrooms 20 grams (2/3 oz) ham 20 grams (2/3 oz) bamboo shoots 30 grams (1 oz) lettuce 1 gram (1/6 tsp) salt 2 grams (1/2 tsp) sugar 2 grams (1/2 tsp) soy sauce 10 grams (1 1/2 tsp) salad oil 1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
Directions: 1. Cut carrots, mushrooms, and ham into small cubes. Add the salt, sugar, soy sauce and MSG and stir-fry. Put aside.
2. Quickly boil the lettuce. Take it out and cut into rectangles 8 cm (3 inches) long and 5 cm (2 inches) wide.
3. Place the lettuce rectangles flat on a chopping board. Put the mixture of vegetables and ham on the lettuce as a filling. Fold into rectangles 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide. Place on a plate and steam for 5 minutes.
