Ingredients: 300 grams (2/3 lb.) potatoes 150 grams(1/3 lb.) pork ribs 10 grams (2 tsp.) cooking wine 5 grams (5/6 tsp.) salt 2 grams (1/2 tsp.) MSG
Directions: (1) Wash the pork ribs and potatoes clean and cut them into squares of about 3 cm (a little under an inch) on each side.
(2) Put 1,000 grams (2 cups) of water in a pot, add the pork ribs and bring to boiling point. Skim off the foam. Add the potaotes, cooking wine and salt, and set on a low fire to cook for 1 hour or until the meat is quite soft. Add the MSG mand serve.
Features: The soup is very rich. Taste: The pork is extremely soft and the soup delicious.
