Ten Killed in Baghdad Car Blast

A car bomb has killed at least ten people and injured dozens more in southwestern Baghdad.

The US troop said a car laden with 135 kilogram explosive blasted when the Iraqi police were patrolling.

Most of the victims are Iraqi civilians.

Friday is the beginning of Ramadan in Islamic countries.

Meanwhile, Qatar-based Television Al-Jezeera reports US troop has arrested the head of the Falluja negotiation team, the police chief and two policemen of Falluja after talks between the team and the Iraqi government halted.

The report also says the US troops' morning bombardment in Falluja have killed six people and wounded seven.
