Zhang Huaixi, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met in Beijing Friday with a Russian delegation of college presidents.

The delegation, headed by Victorov Alexander, chairman of the science and higher education committee of St. Petersburg, paid the visit at the invitation of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
