A delegation of the Chinese Association for International Understanding (CAIU) headed by senior legislator Cheng Siwei departed Monday for good-will visits to Italy and the Netherlands.

Cheng, CAIU's vice president and also vice chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, makes the visit at the invitation of the Italian Union of the Chambers of Commerce and the European Chemical Industry Council.
