Nepali Foreign Minister Ramesh Nath Pandey is scheduled to pay an official visit to China from August 13 to 23 at the invitation of Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing.
During the 11-day visit, Pandey will hold official talks with Chinese officials in Beijing and call on senior leaders, the Nepali Foreign Ministry said in a statement in Kathmandu Thursday.
Pandey will also visit the Wutai Mountain and Shenzhen, the statement noted.
The delegation led by Pandey comprises senior officials from the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Finance, and the Nepalese Embassy in Beijing.
Even though Pandey has visited China for 10 times, this will be his first in the capacity of Nepal's foreign minister, the statement added.
