Foreign Ministry spokesperson Kong Quan announced Tuesday that Minister for External Affairs, International Trade and Civil Aviation of Saint Lucia Petrus Compton will visit China from August 24 to 31, and Estonian President Arnold Ruutel will visit from August 24 to 28.

Kong also said that Ruutel will attend the 10th Anniversary Commemoration of the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing on August 29.
