China Agriculture Museum

China Agriculture Museum is located in the National Agriculture Exhibition Hall at Dongsanhuan in Beijing. It was ratified by the State Council and founded on July 1983, which belongs to a professional museum.

 

Its exhibition hall utilizes the former three halls (No. 1 Hall, No.2 Hall and No. 8 Hall) of the agriculture exhibition. Its total acreage reaches 7,600 square meters.

 

The basic exhibition of China Agriculture includes: China Ancient Agriculture Science & Technology History Exhibition, Agriculture Resource Area Division, Water Resource Exhibition and etc. Except for the general wild animals, the exhibited animal specimens further includes various rarity animal specimens like the world famous panda, golden monkey, twisted horn antelope, spotted bears, red-crowned cranes and etc.

 

The museum also exhibits lots of the specimens of animals and birds in excellent variety as well as the specimens of the pest's natural enemy that provides the material objects of creature anti-pest research.

 

The water resource series includes three parts like fresh water fishing industry, sea fishing industry and flowing water fish family. It introduces the abundant water resource in China and popularizes the water resource technology knowledge to the vast spectators.
