"Jin Fang Hao", first luxurious cruise ship branded the feature of South China's (lingnan) culture in south China's Guangzhou City, appears at the Dashatou Wharf on September 13. The liner will be put into operation by Mid-Autumn Festival, a Chinese traditional Family Reunion's Day.
Some 10 million yuan (US$1.2 million) has been spent on the shipbuilding. It will add up for the Pearl River Night Cruise, the business is to be extended while another still larger ship join in the liner on November.
The 250-seat cruise ship is impressively featured with (lingnan) South China's culture, the traditional architectures skills adopted to suit traveler's taste like the round arches and four-squared pavilions, etc.
Being started in 1960, the Pearl River Night Cruise has attracted more than 10 million citizens and tourists during its 44 years' operation. The ship sails on the river from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm every evening.
