Northwest China: February 21 to 23, northern Xinjiang will receive light snowfall with force 4 to 6 northerly winds as well as lower temperatures. February 22 to 24, eastern portions of the region will have light to moderate snow. February 25 to 27, western and northern Xinjiang will continue to be overcast with light snowfall expected. February 26 to 27, southeastern portions of the region will be covered by overcast skies with possible light snow.
North China: February 21 to 23, most of the region will receive light to moderate snowfall, with heavy snow expected in some areas along with force 4 to 6 northerly winds and followed by lower temperatures. February 25 to 27, north China will be dominated by sunny to cloudy days with temperatures rising gradually.
Northeast China: February 21 to 23, most of the region will experience light to moderate snow with heavy snowfall possible in some areas, accompanied by force 4 to 6 northerly winds and followed by lower temperatures. During the latter half of the week, the northeast will remain colder.
Central China: February 22 to 23, most of the region will get light to moderate rain or snowfall from north to south, while eastern Hubei and parts of Hunan will receive heavy rain or rainstorms. February 25 to 27, skies over most of the region will be cloudy to sunny.
East China: February 22 to 25, most of the region will experience light to moderate rain or snow from north to south, while some of central and southern sections will receive heavy rain or storms. February 24 to 25, areas north of the Yangtze River will feel force 4 to 6 northerly winds. February 26 to 27, most of the east will enjoy fine weather.
South China: February 21 to 22, most of the region will be dominated by overcast or cloudy days with light rainfall or scattered light snow in some areas. February 23 to 25, most of the south will experience light to moderate rainfall. February 26 to 27, western parts of the region will be overcast with light snowfall.
Southwest China: Most of the region will be mainly overcast with intermittant rain or snowfalls expected during the week. Most precipitation will be light to moderate, with heavy snow or snowstorms hitting portions of east Tibet.
